I found the location to be central and close to the metro station!!! The design felt modern and clean. I especially loved the cool atmosphere in the lobby area. I also appreciated the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of the reception staff .
I wish there had been a kettle in the room.

Breakfast included a wide variety of items each morning and staff refilled everything on time, even when I had breakfast later. Free coffee was always available and I found that very convenient.

The room was very clean. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly. I found a tissue box in the room. The shower had excellent water pressure.

The hotel lobby had many board games, thus the nights were spent having fun playing. The hotel is very close to shopping areas and the historical city center. A subway station is also nearby.

the location was great for getting around. the staff seemed helpful at first.
The room lacked a proper closet, it only had a few hangers on a plastic rack. finding space for underwear and socks was a challenge. the lighting was also insufficient. There was no direct light near the mirror, and doing makeup became difficult. the card used for payment got charged twice. once for a deposit, and again at checkout. i had to do a real-time transfer to check out.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It offered easy access to many shops and restaurants. The staff was amiable and the style of the hotel and rooms were quite charming. The room's size proved more than adequate. I found the proximity to major attractions convenient.

The reception area provides a fancy entrance, a nice touch, to be honest. The overnight parking rate was reasonable at 25 Euro. There are big free lockers that allow you to store your luggage both before and after checking in or out.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center (about three minutes). the staff was very helpful and responsive when i needed assistance with directions. i found the breakfast to be quite good. It had a good variety of options.
